Privacy Policy

This policy describes what personal data OOO "Neuro Vse" (the "Service") collects while operating NeuroVse, why, and how it is processed, consistent with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" for users it applies to. By registering, the user consents to processing on the terms described below.

Account data: email, password hash, locale, country. Usage data: the text of requests sent during a session and any uploaded files, to the extent needed to pass them to the selected model and return a response. Payment data: the fact and amount of a payment, the plan — never card details, which are handled by an independent payment operator. If a user connects their own API key (BYOK): the key itself, stored encrypted.

Registration and sign-in; delivering the service itself — routing a request to the selected model and returning the response; billing; user support; improving the quality and reliability of the Service.

The text of the user's request and any attached files are sent to the third-party provider of the selected model — this is required to obtain a response and is the core of the service. Model providers are foreign companies; their own processing of that data is governed by their own terms.

Payment data is passed to an independent payment operator to process the charge. Outside of these cases, the Service does not disclose personal data to third parties except where required by law.

Personal data of Russian citizens is processed and stored on servers located in the Russian Federation, per 152-FZ. Account data is retained while the account is active; after account deletion it is deleted or anonymised within the period set by the Service's internal retention policy.

Generated media files (images, video, audio) are not stored on the Service's servers — a temporary link is issued for 24–72 hours. The exception is the free fallback image-generation path with no hosted file link of its own: there, the image bytes are kept for no more than 48 hours and then deleted automatically.

The user may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, and may withdraw consent to processing — by contacting the address below. Withdrawing consent for data required to deliver the service means the Service can no longer be used.

Passwords are stored as hashes, never in plain text. API keys the user connects (BYOK) are stored encrypted and are never shown again in the interface. The connection to the site is protected by TLS encryption.

The Service uses technical cookies required for sign-in and session handling. They are not used for advertising tracking on third-party sites.

The Service may update this policy; the new version takes effect once published on this page.
