Public Offer

This document is a public offer by OOO "Neuro Vse" (the "Service") to enter into an agreement for using NeuroVse on the terms set out below. Registering on the site, subscribing, or otherwise paying constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

If you disagree with any term, do not register or use the Service.

The Service provides access to an AI aggregator: a single chat and API through which user requests are routed to third-party models (text, image, video, audio, and voice) depending on the task and the selected plan. The Service does not develop these models and sells the result of their work, not access to any specific provider.

The set of available models and their characteristics may change without prior notice — third-party providers update, restrict, or discontinue access to their models at their own discretion.

Using the Service requires registration with an email and password. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data and for keeping the password secure; actions taken under an account are treated as the user's own.

Current plans, their price, and their limits are published on the Pricing page. The free plan requires no card. There is no prepayment of tokens beyond the chosen plan — the charge is for the plan itself, not for a stockpiled volume of generations.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled by the user. Renewal can be cancelled at any time in account settings; access under an already-paid period continues until it ends.

The payment methods available at checkout are shown on the payment page. Card payments are processed by an independent payment operator — card details are never sent to or stored by the Service.

For some models, the user may connect their own provider API key instead of using the Service's credits. The key is stored encrypted and used solely to route that user's requests to the corresponding provider; once saved, the key is never shown again — the interface displays only its last few characters.

Charges incurred directly with the provider under the user's own key are neither paid nor controlled by the Service — they are governed by that provider's own terms.

The Service does not store user-generated media (images, video, audio) on its own servers — the user receives a temporary download link valid for 24–72 hours, after which the file becomes unavailable.

The one exception is the free fallback image-generation path, whose provider returns no hosted file link: in that case the Service temporarily holds the image bytes themselves for no more than 48 hours, after which they are deleted automatically.

The Service makes reasonable efforts to run reliably but does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific model or provider, and is not responsible for the content of AI-generated responses — the user is responsible for reviewing and verifying the result before relying on it.

The Service may amend this offer; the new version takes effect once published on this page. Continued use of the Service after publication means acceptance of the new version.
